Meet the team - Paul Morton

Qualifications: BA, PGCE, NPQH, NLP Practitioner

Work Experience: Paul has been a teacher for over 30 years and a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher for 20 years across mainstream, special SEMH, and Alternative Provision schools covering KS1-KS4. Initially, primary trained, Paul then taught across all age ranges. Before becoming a teacher, Paul worked in young persons, secure, residential establishments as a Residential Care worker.

After taking early retirement, Paul now does a range of consultancy and training.

A little more about me: Paul once appeared in a play of The Full Monty! His role prompted the Chair of Governors of the school, where he was then headteacher, to ask “is this something the school should be concerned about, Paul?” To which he replied 'no!' It was all done in the best possible taste.
