Designed to help children aged 7+ understand and manage sensory experiences, this workbook uses the metaphor of sensory cups to guide children in identifying when their senses feel ‘just right’. Clare and Jamie will discuss their book and share some practical activities to help children develop self-awareness and build sensory regulation skills.
