Hear how two of those schools have used Thrive to help them nurture compassionate, understanding relationships with pupils, enabling them to spot and address mental health needs early on.

Clare Ward and Jamie Galpin chat to about their book ‘My Senses Are Like Cups’. Designed to help children aged 7+ understand and manage sensory experiences, this workbook uses the metaphor of sensory cups to guide children in identifying when their senses feel ‘just right’. Clare and Jamie will discuss their book and share some practical activities to help children develop self-awareness and build sensory regulation skills.
