What you'll learn

The Thrive Approach is most effective when it is deeply-embedded across the school day, in all areas of the curriculum. This allows settings to have a whole school, right-time approach to mental health that recognises the interconnectedness of mental wellbeing, attainment and the overall school environment. This results in a proactive and inclusive school culture that works to prevent mental health issues and allows for early intervention when problems occur. It also means that staff time and energy is used as effectively as possible, helping to boost everyone’s wellbeing.

In this two-hour session, delegates will be given simple strategies to embed Thrive into the primary curriculum in England with an emphasis on suggestions that are quick and easy to implement.
