22nd January 2025 | Blogs

Thrive is delighted to announce the launch of two new levy-funded, triple award apprenticeships.

The ideal pathway for people who have previously trained as Licensed Practitioners, the Thrive Advanced Practitioner Apprenticeship and the Thrive Advanced Practitioner Leadership Apprenticeship offer advanced and unique opportunities to upskill staff, empower professional growth, and impact the lives of children and young people.

Delivered by Best Practice Network along with Thrive trainers, learners will get the very best in professional training and unparalleled wraparound support, resulting in a nationally-recognised Level 5 qualification, as well as Thrive Advanced Practitioner and Family Thrive Couse Leader status.

How are the apprenticeships funded?

Both apprenticeships are fully funded for those working in local authority schools or those paying into the apprenticeship levy. For non-levy payers, the government offers co-funding, covering 95% of the cost, or levy transfers are available for additional support. Download your guide to the apprenticeship levy here.

Why train with Best Practice Network and Thrive?

The apprenticeships combine the best of both worlds: Thrive’s established expertise in social and emotional wellbeing and Best Practice Network’s award-winning reputation as an Ofsted ‘Good’ training provider.

Best Practice Network’s training delivery and Thrive’s wellbeing expertise ensure a transformative learning experience that empowers individuals, enriches school communities, and creates a lasting, positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
