Head of Operations

As Thrive’s Head of Operations, Kirsty works closely with the operational teams to ensure the seamless delivery of top-quality training and products that meet the needs of Thrive’s customers. With a strong background in retail, she has held leadership roles in supermarkets, managed stores, and led commercial training teams across the UK. Her expertise lies in streamlining processes to improve efficiency for internal teams while also enhancing the overall customer experience.

Kirsty’s passion for supporting children and young people was sparked during her time as a childminder while raising her young family, giving her first-hand insight into the importance of social and emotional development.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kirsty with her two dogs, playing netball or taking part in sponsored walks for charity. With teenage twins keeping her busy on the sidelines of football and netball matches, Kirsty enjoys staying active and has even ticked a marathon off her bucket list.
