As part of an inquiry into behaviour and mental health in schools, the Children and Young People's Mental Health Coalition, asked young people, parents and professionals their views on current approaches to behaviour management and mental health in schools, and how they can be improved. 

Thrive's Anna Smee and the Coalition's Charlotte Rainer talk punitive measures and a whole school approach in light of the inquiry's stark new findings.
